1. My Health Journey

For most of my adult life, I struggled to achieve my ideal weight and fitness level. Like so many others, I tried countless diets and eating plans. My quest for better health and well-being led me to explore everything from veganism and water fasting to carnivore and animal-based diets. Each of these approaches taught me something new, but none truly fit my needs long-term.

As a post-menopausal woman, I experienced firsthand how hormonal imbalances can complicate the process of achieving and maintaining health. It wasn’t just about numbers on a scale—it was about reclaiming my energy, confidence, and zest for life.

Eventually, I found my balance with a low-carb Keto approach. Unlike the extremes I had previously tried, this way of eating allowed me to enjoy food while nourishing my body and mind. It gave me the freedom to focus on living, not just dieting. Today, I feel stronger, more energized, and more at peace with my health than ever before.
